When we do a 12x18 parking sign we print the sign with very small marks around the perimeter and line them up to the edge of the blank. It works but you still have to measure the edges to properly get the spacing right. We have an order for 75 of them now, is there a quicker way to lay them...

I have considered using ACM but if you do that then how do you affix the returns to the back? With aluminium we can weld them. Also what thickness do you use for the ACM, im not sure of the standard thicknesses but here in Canada we have 3mm and 6 mm

Just curious what is a good thickness or aluminium to use for the back of channel letters and what is good for the return?

We have heard about from other sign shops they dont weld anymore and use Tesa tape to build sign boxes. We have considered this instead of welding them but want to see if anyone has done this first hand and their experience.

Tried a few helmet wraps like this and each time just a different technique and never had success like the video. I was using the 1005ez film with lamination and I think thats just too much stretch for that film.
