  12. Cutting Thick Vinyl (Street Rap)

    Not sure what setting to use for your machine but you may want to look at a 60 degree blade. You will not need as much pressure.

    Aluma Panel does as well, 651 and 751.

    Definitely take it off. The time it takes to remove it will be spent in trying to wedge your hand between it and the bumper to clean and lay. It will also look much better and last longer.
  15. Overlaminate with plastic release liner = slack

    Just a thought, is the roller (or the roll on the roller) that collects the release liner slipping? Is there a tension adjustment for that roller? It would make sense that if there is more resistance removing the plastic liner it would amplify any problems. What type of laminator are you using?

    Start by creating a rectangle, then go to Arrange:Convert to Outlines. Next use the distort tool (on my screen it is the last selection). Then finally use the corner round tool. I am sure there are other ways this is just the way I would do it.

    3m says primer 94 is not needed for 180v3 or 380v3. I use avery as well and am very happy
