Greetings, Lately, on one of our printers, Ive had to recorrect the drop position like every few days. This used to be something I only did rarely. Because I am having to do this quite often, does this seem to suggest a part of some sort failing/wearing out?

What is the best/easiest way to re-calibrate them? We use Wasatch ripping software.
