Congrats! The next few months you will be in survival mode.....it gets much better though....until they start walking.....then your really in trouble. :)
I have found that most maintenance stations last a very long time if you replace the cap every so often and clean the tubes about every six months. To clean the tubes just pour the cleaning solution of your choice (not alcohol - makes most eco's clump up) into the cap until it looks like its...
Being a Christian I have found the best way to deal with other Christians in a business environment is just like everyone else. Unfortunately, most don't practice what they preach and have to be treated like "godless heathens."
I take two lint free clothes and fold them over together twice then soak them in cleaning solution (sometimes I even use Acetone) then place them on the capping station so when the head is placed back over the capping station it sits right on cloth. If there is any build up inside the nozzles it...

Pump and lines both replaced last week. The lines are clear because when the head moves to the left and it starts pumping to clear the lines any residual ink in the drain lines gets sucked through. The lines are clear. The pump works fine because I switched swapped it into another printer and it...
Happy Monday everyone!
Here is the problem. When I go to do a cleaning or ink charge (either little or normal), the maintenance assembly works like it supposed to except when it goes to actually try and pull ink through the pump. There is a single click and nothing happens and a few seconds...
I am going to second what Fatcat said. We are using the same bulk system from Nite that he is and I am kicking myself for not switching to it sooner. I will say that if you purchase it directly from Nite you will get a much better deal than buying it from a distributor here in the US/Canada. The...
