go to your auto paint supplyand get a can of 2 part primer , dont use rustoleum primer. Spray the back of the pvc, scuff the area its going on and use silicone. It doesnt take alot of ailicone just do dots on it about dime size, let sit overmight you wont have any issues
Nope I would use 1/2" coro with direct print. I would not dare do all that labor to get a sign panel done. Ive had several cutomers request MDo and I refuse to use it

If you went and inspected a vehicle, you made decals for that vehicle and then they brought you a different vehicle, thats on them. They should pay for the decals that do not fit.

I would male a 3x3 alumminum post frame and skin the faces with .040 or .063 aluminum and paint as shown, no need to wrap aluminum around edges since post would be alumnium....all this wood and dibond material is BS
