in my experience whenever something leaves flexi and goes to illy, the fonts are no longer fonts BUT whats weird is Ill get a PDF from a customer and illustrator does recognize their fonts. I never could explain that

I would not use acrylic I would use lexan, there is a black translucent but it sucks I would just use regular hp black. Translucent black just doesnt look good to me
