I've recently noticed that our heaters are not turning off after print. Settings on the panel are set to 10 minutes standby and 20 minutes shutdown. After doing a long print run at EOD, coming back an hour later the heaters are still on. We are using Colorgate and I think it's an issue...

I built a simple color test file that I think people would like. It needs to be maintained as a PDF to maintain good vector CMYK. Seems sort of odd that we can't attach PDF's or EPS to postings?

We have an HP 5500ps with UV ink. After printing, even letting the prints dry for a day, the ink smears off with a finger touch. Is this normal? The heater seems to be broken, but seems like the ink should completely dry after a day. So this begs the question do i need some sort of special UV...
