I am trying to set up some text with an outline. I am using Corel 11. How I've always done it is by selecting the outlined text and then converting the outline to object. However when I do that something strange is happening and I can't figure out how to fix it. I've attached some pictures...

I have a new client that wants a logo but not really a logo. What they want is just the company name...no real type of logo just the name. They want it to be classy looking so that when people see it they don't feel like they are just reading the name type of thing...does that make any sense...
