I haven't witnessed birds doing anything to letters (if there's no nest in them). I think its the elements that wear them down over time after the lifespan of the paint has expired. But yeah, if a bird does a certain "number 2" on them, it can eat right through the paint and foam if left alone.

Years ago Gatorfoam was durable enough to be used outside. Not so anymore. About 6-8 years ago, or so, it seems they changed the product. The faces would start curling and delaminating from the foam core... so no more exterior applications for us using gatorfoam. There is a market for the...

Ditto on the cast only... I accidentally grabbed the wrong roll of blue for some racing stripes on a truck... I thought I used cast, but it must have been calendared. The truck came back peeling terribly some months later. I'll never make that mistake again.

My web guy is still working on the website. We specialize in making letters/logos out of gatorfoam, PVC, as well as those materials with metal faces. We can cut a variety of different materials... acrylic, aluminum, foam, etc... We also cut EPS & Extruded Foam which a lot of our customers use...

As a merchant member I wouldn't mind at least a chance to quote the job...

What kind of raised letters were you looking for? We can supply sign letters too.

I think the layout is decent... we have seen some bad ones, and this is not even close. I like 'em.
