    Sounds like it *wood* work... sorry for the corniness. PVC is another option. Less expensive than plastic, but more expensive than wood. Its a synthetic material so it's not going to deteriorate like wood.

    If its a photo of a car you're going to need a higher res file to work with. It may be find-able online. If its not a stock photo, you may have to take a higher res photo yourself of the vehicle... I'd explain to the customer the issue and see if he's willing to use a substitute/ higher res...

    In my experience 4over has never been quick to admit mistakes. I think they should re-print. An easy fix for them would be to make an option to select the length of the flutes on their site during the ordering process. It would cut out a whole lot of confusion.

    you probably have to "import" or something. With Flexi's predecessor (inspire) you have to go to file, import, (look for the eps file) and it will import it on the workspace.
