We can do 4" thick letters in one piece out of EPS foam. 5" is also possible but not a thickness we keep in stock. Or two pieces of 2" thick Extruded foam.

That looks really great! How did you make the angle tile looking strip at the bottom of the sign? How thick was the PVC? Did you make the script words as one solid piece? Awesome job!

I think some RV places sell something that is used to remove the oxidation too. But I think it basically does the same thing.
