Check for a firewall on the PC's.
Can you 'PING' each PC?
To shut down the standard windows firewall type the following from a DOS prompt: net stop sharedaccess
Call Roland, they have a PDF to help with alignment if needed.
Mine would do that when doing a print then cut.
But, when using the dot alignment, I had no issues.
I think I have one of these around I could test with.

That solves the problem, now to find a solution.
Maybe try and go straight USB by moving the PC for a test???
By going through the adapters, your adding items that could be causing the issue.
As this is almost 100% the issue I had with a bad USB port.
The printer would loose the signal being sent to it from the PC.
