Graphtec had stated that all 2005 and newer units included this feature. Even though they didn't have the newer badge on the front. My unit even came with all software, manuals and documents Labeled MKII. I'm not trying to get anything for free, just some answers to the Q's

1/4" = pita :-) 1/4" on 651 will be a pain all the way around IMO.

How big are the letters? I use a 45 deg cutting 651 with no issues on my CE3000. I do run more offset, but each cutter will be a little different there.

Make sure your step size is the same in the software and on the cutter. ???

Welcome..... I just made my first SIGNWarehouse order. Talked with Tara, she was very friendly and answered all Q's....

Glad you got it fixed/solved....

Check you distance adjustment, I've never had much issue with the width, just the length when doing contour cuts.

What is the thickness of your material?

Acrobat won't convert the fonts to outlines. ILL or other vector program will. I use ILL to convert to outlines & then save to a PDF and edit in Acrobat. (helps save on PDF file size when creating forms)

Guess #1 Whatever you have serving up DHCP is out of addresses. or you need to hard code an IP on the PC not working if you don't have anything serving up DHCP.... Does the working laptop have a static or dynamic ip address?

I have tried calling JBarraxSW several times about a CE-3000-60 that was bought last year and didn't receive the ARMS upgrade. Came with all the other MKII material???????
