I'm having trouble entering service mode all of the sudden. I get a message saying "Turn Off Power Again" instead of the "Entering Service Mode..." I'm expecting. No combination of turning of the sub-power or main power and then re-entering SM works. Anyone run across this before?

We're running into a fading issue on large prints...see attached pic. The first panel (the one on the far left) is noticeably darker than the last (far right). The panels were all printed from the same file/job at the same time and on the same roll of media. Specifics....VersaWorks, std quality...
