I purchased a used Summa T750 cutter and everything works fine except on about 40% of the time when I send a cut job to the plotter, the first cut (shape or letter) does not get cut. Example like one side of a O or T and etc gets mostly skipped by the blade. Has anone else had this problem...

Take your heat gun and heat the vinyl up just a bit and it will return the gloss. I have had to do this with some Oracal 751 and 3M reflective and worked good. Ken

I am still not at my shop but, go to outline and the bottom red/black square. Click on it and you should see the box that is white in the middle (no backing) and the box that is solid red in the middle ( with backing) and that is the one you need to select. Hope this helps. Ken

This is the way to do it. I am not around flexi right now or I could tell you how. Like Dennis said though. Outline the text with solid backing then seperate the outline from the text. Ken

Yes, I installed the ICC profiles but Flexisign does not see them for some reason.

Hello all, Today I installed my flexisign 7.5 on my new dell running XP. Program runs fine except I am getting "CONNECTION TO PRODUCTION MANAGER TIMEOUT. TRY TO CONNECT AGAIN" messages and it will not ever connect or go past this to cut or print. Anyone have any Clues? Thanks, Ken
