If you have Corel open it with that and then save or export it as .ai or .eps i have the same problem on some of my work. Or you could also right click the image in Flexi and unMask, then deselect the image, now you should have a black mask on the front, delete it, and keep repeating the same...

what size is your working area? if u want i could send you the template in eps and you can engrave it, and poof u have you template to put ur stones.

i use my GCC cutter, and the material is 35mil sandblast mask. i think the rotary would be better though instead of using the sandblast mask u can probably use sheet of ABS plastic for the stencil. do u have r wear software for ur rotary? if so how does that work out?

i use SmartCut Pro 2 from DAS(Digital Art Solutions). pretty good but it needs a little bit of help. PM me or email me i can make stencils for you with stones or with out.

when you click optimize cutting order, have you lowered the default number in the drop down menu next to it, i usually put it about 0.500 and it will cut closer just asking

also if you right click the panels you dont want to print
