I did the cleaning, changed captops, wiper. The only color that have the problem is magenta. I talked to 3 differents tech guys and they all think the head need to be changed.

When I do the bi directional alignment. I realise that the magenta is having hard time to print correctly.

I have ordered new wipers and captops. I did the head soak which improved a little bit. My print still spraying a little bit. Is there any other thing I could do to fix that meanwhile ?

what is head soaks ? I do clean my printer head with cleaning solution. I got the printer only couple months so no I havent changed the cap top yet and I dont know when the last owner changed it

Yes it was printing correctly before reconnecting the hose. I might have disconnected one of the cable by accident. I dont know where to look though. Which of the cable could be the problem ?
