I can't imagine being "union" would really translate to bringing in enough revenue from union clients to justify the trouble and cost. Besides after you quote the work they will just pickett until you give them a better quote. lol
Well 751 is going to be better but 651 probably will be ok for a few years since its all flat. When you say your using it to learn how to wrap niether of those are wrap vinyls so you're probably not going to be learning much but I can't fault you for not investing in the wrap vinyls for such a...
I agree about the gradient. Also the arch doesnt seem balanced. If you look at it one letter at a time it seems like they just don't flow. Ecspecially the Z when compared to the N its next to. Over all the I'd say I like the simplicity but it just doesn't feel tied together enough.
Another couple of tips. When possible its always nice to leave a little extra room between the pinch rollers and edge of material when printing. That way when you go to cut theres a little more room to work with and the rollers won't have to be realigned perfect.

Im pretty much a Illy user at heart. The problem I have is when I do blurs, drop shadows, etc it takes forever for my pc to catch up on large files. Rasterize is also far from perfect and it seems like with any rasterized illy file (leaving the CutPath as a vector) problems always arise with...
I've never tried any special resize program but I have read when using photoshop you get much better results resizing by 110% over and over till you get to the desired size.
easiest way ive found is to just use a digital pic. And then take any measurement of the car and scale the pic so its in scale with that measurement. And start double checking all the other measurements to scale. Then that photo works as a scaled template you can overlay any of your graphics...
Another thing I've seen (correct me if I'm wrong) when I've rescaled something that was stroked with the cut path, that stroke's wieght will change with the resize. So I select that path and make it 1 pt.
Ive encountered this several times. Mostly with really large files. Usually the problem is just the transparency thing. But sometimes for no reason at all it wont pick up the cut path. I've even resaved without changing a thing and all the sudden it works. your guess is as good as mine as why.
regarding the without sin arguement ill tell a story that happened to me.
last year I had an atv stolen from me. Through a unbelievable stroke of luck a couple of months later a person I knew called having found it at a wrecker's auction falling a drug bust. The really unlikely part was that...
I am quoting an order of 50-300 yard signs 18x24. I usually us oracal products. I use my Seal 44 to mount. I am not wanting to laminate these. In the past I've used 3551 how ever the problem ive had is that its so thin that you can't pull away the backing without ruining the decal and I had...
