Thanks. BTW inks are from Swiss and called Palladium eco. Vivid, resistant colors, works great on ValueJet series, but on Rockhopper I there are some problems especially with Y color. Think that inks not so viscous and pump on Rockhopper I is too weak to pull inks.

OK, after flush but before ink fill I think it is the best moment to change dampers, but don`t know how.

OK, I try non OEM ink (ink cassette with mild solvent inks) on Rockhopper I 62" and get problems with some colors. Now I`ll try to back to OEM inks. What is the best way to do this: wash heads, change dampers and fill with OEM, or something elese. How to change dampers safely? Thanks.

Y motor pulley Sorry about late. I attach parts list because I dont have original photo. I sent original motor to service and forget to take a photo.

Malfunction fixed Y motor pulley was fixed with glue on shaft and get loosen so steel belt and pulley drop down. Printer still has warranty so I`ll change Y motor assembly. Probably it is factory defect.

When head moves left and right get metal nose. Remove Y rail cover and put some silicone grease on Y rail, and oli in berings. When printing get marks mostly on dark area of print. Marks are on the same spot where two platens of rear heater are connected. I use Oracal 3164, heaters are 40/40. Room temperature is 22. Any solution. Thanks.
