If I can help have some service manuals for Roland&Mutoh...
I have GMP EXCELAM-1400COLD/RS and mounted cheap takep system on it. Use it for transfer film mounting and cold laminating. I am satisfied with it. But, maybe you think about Sheild laminator, it is Neolt brand.

Hi,
again I had problems with reading the marks. The only thing I have not done is clean the sensor. So I took apart and cleaned sensor carefully with a dry cloth. Now read without problems. I am not serviceman but simply not have another solution, so I had to try it.
The same situation. I did the following:
I used a rubber air pump blower dust cleaner for camera lens CCD to clean the sensor. Then reset to factory defaults. Then a clean install Corel and CM3 and finally on CE600 test ARMS sensor (Menu/ARMS/Test ARMS sensor). I do not know what helped, but...
Have the same issues on Graphtec CE6000-120, "cannot connect to Corel". Maybe this help from Graphtec site:
"Cannot use Cutting Master with CorelDraw Download (Home) version or Education version since they do not include Visual Basic. Users with these two versions have to contact Corel and...
I own Graphtec CE6000-120 about three years. The problem occurred after a firmware update to ver 2.20-std, because the cutter couldnt start read regmarks. The graphtec technician helped me. He said that the firmware is ok and that I have to back the default settings by holding down the key UP...
I agree with heyskull. I had Mutoh Rockhopper I with DX2 heads and a similar problem. Mostly had problem with bad seal on capping station so I change it. If I remember there is note about adjusting the capping position in service manual. I also changed dampers several times. Once I used non OEM...
Hello everyone,
I'm new user of Graphtec CE6000-120 (before that I had a Roland CX-24). Because of the low budget I could not buy a basket for the cutter so I made it myself (by the way it seems that the price for original basket is too high). From the materials I used what I currently have...
Use jetbest ink (plug and print system) on Mutoh Rockhopper I (Falcon outdoor) over a year without any problems. The colors are more intense and stronger smell compared to OEM.Use SAI ProductionManager 8.6 and print 720x720. Had some problems with grey (too much magenta in it) so use x-rite i1...
I had the E072 Y Timeout few weeks ago. Service manual says: Y motor, encoder, head board, cables ...Cleaning the encoder solved problem. By the way for bearing raceways I always use some synthetic grease, not oil.
On Mutoh Rockhopper I use refillable cartridges with jetbest ink. It is auto-refill cartridge with bottle lock. Cartridge holds approx. 400ml of ink and is refilled from top bottle automatically. It is 500ml bottle. I use it for a year without any problems.
On my Mutoh Rockhopper I I've tried different nonoem inks. Last ink use for over a year and have proved to be the best. I also have a problem with the profile for vinyl. Printed colors are too dark and I have the most trouble with gray. I've tried different profiles and none were suitable. I...
