I couldn't imagine not having a take up reel =O. Every night before I come home I go through all our orders, and try to print as much as possible. This way when the production guys come in for the morning they have stuff to do right away.

We have the 64" Valuejet. Rolled out a 40' print couple weeks ago. Have left this printing running overnight with over 100' worth of stuff to print with no issues. Just check from time to time for head strikes. Don't want to waste a bunch of ink and material

All types of sign blanks. I want to put something together where I have a file of typical sign shapes.

Anyone have a file setup of different types of sign blanks? I've seen them for sale before in fellers, and such. Wondering if anyone has made their own files? Or has purchased them elsewhere?

We've also been having problems where during the middle of a cut it will say LOAD MEDIA. If we cover up the rear sensor with tape it takes care of that issue. I'm really starting to think the machine needs to be sent in for service. I have a Case# with graphtec already. Going to call here...

Plotter has been dragging the knife non stop lately. I updated to the newest firmware (1.80) from the graphtec website, and cleared the nvram. Didn't seem to help the issue. I contacted tech support and they emailed me the newest firmware (1.90). I cleared the nvram again, and I'm still having...
