Instead of flexi could you use Versaworks? Very easy to divide into panels and nest. Otherwise do the nesting in Illustrator which I have also done for race car graphics.

I'm selling my printer and a potential buyer wants to know hours count. I know I've seen it before but can't recall where. I printed out the system report from service mode, its got all kinds of things on there but not hours. Anybody know?

Another update if it would help anyone.... the problem seemed to come back on occasion, so I flipped the encoder strip end for end and cleaned the encoder sensor. Nice and crisp again.
