    Thanks, I did a soak with lint free cloths for about an hour it helped a little but but I think I may need to do it over night like you said. I am pretty sure they are clogged as opposed to out. I would post a picture but the yellow is so light on the test print I dont think it would be visible.

    We have a client looking for a material to be printed on and applied to the brick walkway in front of a statue. We run a solvent as well as a flatbed UV printer, I am assuming that it would need to be a rubbery media and possibly heated for adhesion. Any thoughts/ suggestions are appreciated.

    Rip and print was the solution, when it was installed the tech didn't go through the ins and outs. My problem was that if I get handed a rushed job in the middle of printing I couldn't load anything to the que.

    We have similar problems, a temporary solution that we found was setting our prints from 16 to 32 passes and making sure that HQ print is selected (This is in Flexi). This will add to the time it takes to print but its worth trying on a solid color test print to see if it helps.
