I also have been looking for order processing software, not just a estimating software. We have looked at cyrious and casper. Has anyone here used or heard of Press Web? We have many orders that are processed and produced the same day and need something that is easy.

Be sure to tell them you want the Caldera Grand Rip and not Onyx. Caldera blows Onyx away. You just need to get a PC and run Linnux.... He should be able to run Caldera on a Mac. We had to run on a PC with Linnux because of the videonet on the FB950.

Yes 2000 hrs, on our 9840 we actually had problems starting our lamps because the tungsten wires were burnt to a crisp. It would take several starts to get them to fire but we were still getting an excellent cure.
