I have a RH38 that started doing something different. The other guy that uses this printer "says" he didn't change any of the settings... When it boots up it sends about 3 or 4 feet of material through the printer, then it returns it back, and goes on as normal. I would think someone changed...

It just does some clicking...like a relay is closing. No leds are on either on the control panel or on the motherboard. I guess I'll just sub out the power supply and see if that solves it. I was hoping there were more fuses hidden somewhere... Dreaming for an easy fix. Thanks Bob
