Plastic business cards We print plastic business cards with a Fargo Printer. These are dye sublimation printed. 30 mil cards, the same as most credit or id cards. Not the cheepest cards to print...but when I give one to somebody they take notice!

Mag Media The 30 mil has a stronger magnetic field than the 20 mil. Durability of the printable side would be the same.

Have you used the color profiler to set up the profile? There is an adjustment for the amount of ink used in there. Try adjusting that.

We now have our Rockhopper 38 up and running thanks to Victor. Great guy! Now I can't seem to find a driver for it in the Version of Flexi that came with the printer....Flexi sign pro 8.1v1. Why should I even think the guy that sold us the printer would give us everything we need to run it...
