    I just replace the spit pad a couple of weeks ago. The ink seems to be dropped there during the printing and not the cleaning.

    Attached is a picture of the problem I trying to solve. It's a small puddle of ink dumped just after the cleaning pad. Do you have any idea's what causing this. Is there a way to manualy move the head, so it would line up with the capping station?

    I got it in the home postion, but I getting spray around the heads during the cleaning cycle. I thought I could adjust the home position over the capping station a little more to stop it. Unless something else is causing this.

    Yes, Got the cover back on but the head won't go back to the home position. I thought you could move it in the permeters?

    I have a Mutoh falcon jr. The problem is I have to push the head over to the right to lift the lever. I checked the home position and it comes back with 74.224 but, I can't seem to get it move using the permeter home update set at 74. I'm I missing something.

    I had the same problem and still haven't fiqured it out yet. I had jobs to do as well so I hooked up a standard printer cable to it and reset the defaults in the flex software.     I thought it might be alignment but, on the falcon jr I don't see anyway to align the print heads. Is there another alignment adjustment that I'm missing? I have replaced both print heads and the black is the only one giving me the problem.

    We tested the fuses this morning and the fuse on the left facing the motherboard fuse F2 is bad, is that the black head fuse? Is there a place to buy the original fuse for replacement?

    No, but I have a real good employee said he could change it. I just want to be sure and know what to expect. I'm not about to invest in motherboard that's why I asked. Do you know where we can get fuses if needed.

    Yes, NO ink. I've done a power clean and you can see it in the waste tube. When I did the suction on the capping station you can see wet ink. This is driving me to drinking more.

    I resently changed out my printheads on my falcon jr. Now i'm not getting any black ink. I replaced the heads,changed the rank, suck the black line to the damper and suck the ink thru the damper. I did a power clean and still no ink. Do you have any ideas? My work load is backing up on that...
  20. Falcon JR Test Print can somebody tell me what the problem is

    I resently had a problem of the same nature. When I removed the print heads I found that the platform under the color head was cracked around the threaded insert allowing the color head to move around while it's printing. Drove me crazy for weeks. Just an idea!
