We use Oracal 3951 for boat lettering and wraps down here in Florida. It holds up really well in the water.

You really need to find out what is in demand in your area. Surfer lingo and related images may not be as popular up in Chicago as they would be down here in Florida. If you have kids or access to kids hit them up for what might be popular.

Not sure about the Diage but we had to set our Royal Soveriegn on lockdown. highest pressure setting and we had to set the drag on the rolls just shy of welding it to the side of the machine. We still have to babysit prints and apply tension to the print as it goes in. Havent had time to take it...
