    depends on how bad your laminator is set up. It took us a year and a half to get ours working right and even now and then we choke a few prints.

    Do you close out your job before you cut? I have had horrable luck printing one night and coming back the next morning after lam and trying to cut. Its like Flexi just creates a new image exactly one half inch away from the original graphic to cut. Makes no sense.

    Hrm...... I had something similar but in reverse. It had left a blank area around the same size. There is a thin plastic membrane that the Print Head tracks along. try lightly cleaning that with a lint free soft towel. Just make sure you dont put a kink in it. if its not your problem it...
