The way we handle this is we find a good material we want to use, then send a roll to canon for benchmarking. Ask you sales rep how. This way we get a benchmark for exactly the material we want to run.
It takes time, but it has been our solution to head strikes.
However long it will take you x your hourly shop rate. Add this to the cost of materials plus your markup.
I know this is oversimplified but it’s where you need to start with all your calculations. You must understand your costs.

In this case, I would make a substrate or laminate that includes these costs.
For example, I might say "Lam with Mask" and make the roll cost include both a roll of lam and a roll of mask.
