Fold-Over signs are not common anymore, but I think Gill and Stouse still do them for the trade. You might check with them. The cost is certainly a race to the bottom on those.

We find that for promotional type stickers, the thicker the better. End-end users like em thick. 90# liner also helps with the thicker feel. They feel like they get more for the money.

This works great. Banner tape with a grommet in the ends of the seams will work well in most applications.
