So, I'm printing window graphics for a customer on translucent. I would like to laminate it. The customer likes the effect of the graphic with a matte finish. I know what you are thinking. Why not get a matte laminate, Geneva?
Perfect, which one would you recommend that would not take away from...
We are printing graphics for a van. A lot of the graphics are BLACK. Well, there was a solid black piece with the logo on it. Then under it was a rectangular black piece with white lettering inside of the rectangle.
No matter how hard we tried, you could see the differences in the blacks. Both...
So, can anyone tell me why it doesn't cut where it is supposed to?
I think it is a pinch roller issue? But I am not for sure. It only seems to be a problem cutting off like that on the right side but not when it's cutting on the left side.
Thanks in advance for any help!

About every 2 weeks to a month, I get an email requesting a bulk order of shirts. Usually 1000 to 1500 shirts.
I have a couple of questions regarding this email request:
1 - DOES ANYONE EVER FALL FOR THIS SCAM?!
2 - Do you have creative ways to laugh at them when you get these requests?
If...
I have a crazy elementary sign school question. I have a line going across the drum of my laminator. It it's indented it looks like I could rub it off. I attempted to wipe it with a white glove. But I really wanted to know if I can use a bit of alcohol or something to clean it off with.
Thanks!
My roland gx500 is pausing during cutting. Like it's a bit stuck. Any ideas what's causing it? It continues to cut. But my suspicion is that dirt is lodged in the rollers.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

So, I have been having the 61:09 error code. This cancels print jobs. At first they were phantom print jobs. Now, it seems that the print jobs are cancelling out.
I had internet issues. Those were resolved. I thought the print jobs were resolved.
Now, today I have a new code along with the...
I am printing a printed wrap for a car. It's camo on the sides with the hood, roof and trunk a solid grey color. We lucked out and selected this "clay finish" look. But when I printed the gray, there was banding. not terribly and it doesn't look awful. but I need to know why it's only the gray...
Comcast Xfinity anyone? I have my static IP address. The HP315 printer is hardwired into the modem. I go to print and in the middle of a print job that damn 61:09 code comes up. It was coming up before but it wasn't cancelling out my jobs. Last week, I contacted Xfinity because our internet was...
so. does anyone have any tips on laminating smaller widths than the roll? i have a 54 inch laminator but i want to run 30 inch material and 48 inch material through it.
Does anyone else think that loading this printer is a poor design. I've had it for almost 2 years now. There is a "loader" that you put the roll of vinyl on. Then you put the spindle in the roll and place the hub on the end of the roll. When doing this, it secures the roll onto the spindle. You...
