I think it really depends on what kinda shop ya have. If you have many repeat customers, that's one thing, but if you have customers who need signs all year long, that will keep you busy indefinitely. Restaurants, grocery stores, sports complexes, transportation companies, police departments...

And if they stay there without falling over..... say plus installation.

This isn't advice on 'how to' but do you think you should be cutting your teeth on marble and brass for your first try at this sorta thing ?? Maybe find someone in this line of business and go along with them and don't take any commission so if someone goofs, you're not connected to it.

It's been explained to you several times and we almost all have the same answer. There's no division going on. My only yes/no thing was the need for lamination on the merits of it not being exposed to weather all that much. You're only doing this maybe a year, so laminate it and let your shop...

Yep. We just use 'offset path' in illy and it's a go. Normally a good cast laminate

I already know regular or color change vinyl does not stick. This 'substance' might work, but not sounding very convenient.
