You could create a thick (outside) outline, convert outline to shapes then break apart and delete inside shape. Simpler option would be to group all, add outline, break apart then power clip inside outline. For future reference, it would make things simpler if you created your bleed shape...

I think you can change it in the media settings on the printer. One of the last options should be "Periodic Clean CL"

Is the new laminate you're having issues with a cast laminate? To answer your question, too much heat and/or tension can provoke it to curl, yes. Is there a reason you're using heat? Are you laminating UV prints? If not, technically heat is not required. It helps with silvering but...

When you say test print is "ok", is it perfect? Does this happen with all profiles? If you print on a higher quality setting, does the banding go away?

This is exactly what we do, with paper backed/plastic backed/optically clear or any laminate. Never have an issue. As long as you know how to properly set the tension on your laminator, they should all behave the same.

Have had a S60600 for just over a year and not a single problem yet, knock on wood. Also curious what your mileage is, that will make things a bit more understandable.

For problem #2 - did the customer pay for the sign already? If so, let them walk. Customers don't get to dictate/dispute how signs are made after the fact and after they signed off on jobs.
