As others have said, it almost has more to do with the drill than the bit. Get an sds drill for your toolbox. You'll never regret it.
If you already use a good battery system (dewalt, makita, etc) get a bare tool sds. You'll love it!
He probably can't refund it while it's in dispute. Not defending the charge at all, but once the dispute is started, the merchants hands ars usually tied.
Maybe I shouldn't admit this, but we have never found a solid solution for printing directly to magnetic material without some kind of sacrifice. Generally, there's a loss of quality, or it's really hard on the equipment.
The really high volume shops that run refrigerator magnets tend to print...
It varies quite a bit from vendor to vendor. Maybe try a larger sheet and cut it down? Even a 24x36 cut in half might make a big difference.

We ship quite a bit both UPS and FedEx. Ups has been slightly more reliable by the numbers.
Usps really does well for small packages under a few pounds. Anything larger needs one of the private carriers.
