Regardless of what tape you use this happens but is reduced with a larger tube. We ship and receive graphics all the time and it is what it is.

Contact them and ask them what color space they require for their production and design in that color space. Just CMYK is not enough. I’d have to look at what color space we use but we have not had any issues with them.
What process are you using? You sign writing. Are you painting?
