  1. Adhesive Vinyl leaving residue on printer

High tack vinyls almost always do that. Clean it with acetone on a paper towel. After you get the line of glue off, use a new towel with acetone to get the sticky haze off that you can feel but not see.
  2. Dirtbike templates?

It's not an attitude. And if you want me to be pedantic, it should have been "put graphics on" or "make graphics for". Since your profile says you're a new member and you're asking for something a knowledgeable person would already know about, we cannot assume that when you say "wrap" that...
  3. Dirtbike templates?

Yes, they are printed vinyl with laminate, as I said above. But the reason you need a template as the OP originally asked for is precisely because they are NOT wraps. A wrap is printed on a sheet that is oversize, and is wrapped (stretched and heated to fit contours) onto the part (usually a car...
  4. Dirtbike templates?

I make some of the graphics you see on the bikes at AMA Pro Supercross and Motocross races on TV. They are not wraps. A wrap would not even survive a single lap on a motocross track.
  5. OEM vinyl stripes air egress? picture inside

If they are 3M 1080 the backing paper will be textured. You can see it and feel it. You can't install wet with textured vinyls. They won't end up adhering. The vinyl is also thicker than regular vinyl and stretchier. Durability is 7 years on vertical surfaces. OEM graphics are regular cut...
  6. Dirtbike templates?

You don't wrap dirt bikes. They are made of polyethylene. Wrap material won't stick to them. And they have too many sharp angles and so on. You can't wrap them. That's why you make graphics for them using carefully made templates so that you can get the graphics onto the plastics so that they...

They are never air egress if they are OEM.
  8. Dirtbike templates?

  10. Epson SureColor S80600 - FULL COLOR DISAPPEARANCE

You can't really do anything yourself with an Epson printer. Maybe if you could get the parts but in general they aren't available. They (Epson) require you to call their tech support and arrange repair from their contracted service
  11. Empty Drain Bottle message daily Roland sg2-300

Most likely this happened because you emptied the drain bottle without telling the printer you did.
  12. Banners

The way I'm seeing it, that dropdown box you're selecting black or all in should not affect the appearance of the banner at all. It's in a section for labels and marks and should only affect the color of labels and marks. If you are truly changing only that setting and the print becomes...
  13. Empty Drain Bottle message daily Roland sg2-300

Usually the way you fix that is you go through the routine of emptying the drain bottle (in the onscreen menu).
  14. Suggestions solid color boat wrap

You would use colorchange wrapping vinyl, which is precolored and doesn't need lamination. You'll have to order a color chart from your provider so you can let your customer see the available colors to choose one.
  15. Possible to use colorchange wrap vinyl on inside of glass to be seen from outside?

All of the special effects rely on layered materials to get their effects. It has to go on the outside for it to be seen.
  16. Possible to use colorchange wrap vinyl on inside of glass to be seen from outside?

Wrap vinyls for cars have gray textured adhesive. That's all you will see from the outside if you install to the inside of glass.

  20. Question side by side not working out

Pretty sure the Bobcat is the same as all other side by sides, ATVs, and dirt bikes. The body is LSE (low surface energy) plastic which makes it easier to wash dirt off. It also makes regular vinyls and especially low-tack vinyls like wrap vinyls not stick. Typically you make graphics for them...
