Looks like maybe you have a Windows registry conflict as Windows doesn't seem to think Corel is installed on your computer. That could be the case if the software is pirated or if some of the files are corrupt. Might need to do a reinstall.

Looks like an encoder issue. A lot of times a new machine will splatter grease from the rail onto the encoder strip and that can cause issues like this. Clean it with alcohol and see if that helps.

It's the pre and platen heater you want to lower. The dryer usually doesn't cause the buckling. Check the settings in your RIP. Usually the vacuum and heat settings can be controlled there. Otherwise, they should be in the Setup menu on the printer.

Turn the heat down, turn the vacuum up all the way, and clean the platen with alcohol to make sure the material isn't sticking to the platen. If none of that helps, you might need new pinch rollers.

It's fine to change both at the same time. If you do the head alignments in the proper order, which is just the order they are in the service menu, they will align to each other naturally.

Are you sure your machine was setup for ES3 inks? I ask because only a limited run of CJV150s were configured for ES3 inks and the rest don't support it.
