  1. Your Physical Health

A friend of my parents (70 yrs old) has been using it for years and swears by it, he got my mom using it for her knee and it worked for her. He had been in a bad truck accident in his 50's so he has arthritis and random aches and pains. He uses it in conjunction with working out daily to keep...
  2. Aluminum Composite vs Aluminum vs Alumalite ??

I only use reflective if they ask - it's very expensive compared to regular vinyl. If the signs are smaller directional signs, like 12x18, you can order some .080 or .063 blanks with the rounded corners and just put vinyl on them...
  3. Any tips on installing on grooved metal walls

Thanks! yes - where the seams are and then there were a couple spots where I cut vertically because of the bubble situation. Using the Big S. was a bit difficult no matter how slow I went. They are all behind nets so even with contraction I don't think you will notice.
  4. Any tips on installing on grooved metal walls

Got this job done Thursday and Friday. Used 180c/lam with primer. I did cut some of the edges of the raised areas. It went OK but a major PITA and tedious. The worst part was I was using a lift and the circles were 47" so I used my Big Squeegee to get the center started then worked out. It was...
  5. Estimates & Invoices

This would be an awesome feature in Wave - but it doesn't have that. This would eliminate the issue of "how much did I charge the guy for just the sign" if they come back and want a second one.
  6. Buying A Sign Business

I have that book but I didn't read it yet. Perhaps I should!
  7. Buying A Sign Business

OK, well, that makes sense. I was starting to feel like a loser LOL Most of my jobs are around 1k. I think my town only have 2-3 signs that are even on a pole. Small businesses I do the logo, letter a van and a trailer, do about 24-50 shirts. Medium businesses I might do 100-200 shirts, maybe...
  8. Buying A Sign Business

There's no way I could get to 500k just by myself and my one helper. That would be awesome if I did! LOL
  9. Buying A Sign Business

Gosh, I feel bad for you! However - everything happens for a reason. I'm a little concerned about the first business. The revenue is only 200k? How many employees does that include? I'm only one person and I will exceed that this year. And if I worked more hours I could certainly exceed it by...

  11. Wrestling Room at High School Signs with multiple names

What is the best way to make the magnets? I need them 2" x 27", 120 of them - I have a straight edge and a knife, no fancy cutting equipment
  12. Any tips on installing on grooved metal walls

They might get hit with baseballs that's why we opted away from PVC and aluminum. He made an indoor batting field and has nets hanging up that will be in front of the walls. This is the best one I have...
  13. Any tips on installing on grooved metal walls

So...I should put primer on before I apply the vinyl? He definitely does not want sign boards
  14. Any tips on installing on grooved metal walls

4 - 48" circles that are printed 1 - "C" printed 1 - TIGERS BASEBALL, 21" TALL What kind of vinyl would be easiest to work with for the wording? Would it be easier if I printed and laminated it so it's a little thicker? I'm mostly worried about the words...any tips? Thank you!
  15. Pics of hand painted race car by Billy Hoffman...is he on here? (I took these just for all you old guys and gals)

Ha Ha!! That was someone else who did that - thank goodness because he was so mad he made the hole on the top fin with the mallet he was using to beat the quarter panel back o_O
  16. Pics of hand painted race car by Billy Hoffman...is he on here? (I took these just for all you old guys and gals)

My son pitted next to this car! This is a Sport Mod dirt track car - which is more of a starter division. Car was painted by Billy Hoffman - maybe he's on here! I believe he is now retired. I think he did a beautiful job! Love the prismatic number! Glad I got the pics in when I did because...
  17. I'm no wrapper...big old FAIL

That's exactly what I did and all 5 of the hoods turned out beautiful, I had zero issues at all. Vinyl was just the center area and I used the knifeless tape which worked great! The first truck we did as a "sample" and since the vinyl worked I didn't think much more into it for the lower part of...
  18. I'm no wrapper...big old FAIL

No, it was 751 matte black. It kinda started with doing a sample and went from there
