Save as high res pdf from illustrator…you need to manually make a shape that you want to cut in illustrator…the only thing onyx ill do is add document box as cut file.
Don’t honk you can use cut sheets on Roland…you can get a Neolithic rotary trimmer and trim each one individually, you can buy a fotobo and print a full roll cut a full roll or a CNBC to do the same…what’s your budget..what other work do you do..
Are you printing same file formats in both rips? What format? The issue may be the way illustrator is saving. Or, more than likely profile mismatch. Media used? Profile used? You can technically use any profile on any media…doesn’t mean you should.
so are you looking for your sku to print with the appropriate file? you would need to save sky as csv and use illustrator to merge "variable data" with your image files. You can create a batch auction to "save as" after the merge and then grab all of your new "pdf if that is final format" drop...
Your product has reached its end of life. Third party inks is about all you will find as for parts, unless smaller repair shops took inventory of parts from HP they will be scarce as well. Time to move into something ls. imo
Then you will need a handy document from Hp that tells you how to configure the io board prior to install. Otherwise the board is useless. You need the matching document to board. Reach out to Randall at Hp scitex
Avoid the bn-20 instant regret after you purchase. It’s just too slow.
Any other Roland works. Define your budget and you will find a workable solution. A CB local reseller is key for additional training at install. There is a pretty big show in Vegas next week you may want to attend.
This is true. You need to replace one at a time so you can pull parameters from the other. The service manual should have directions for removal and install
I cycle through printers every 3 years. I’m able to sell the lightly used while they have some value and move into something new. Usually another latex.
