you might want to open a ticket with signlab. if the licensing allows it, and you have an extra processor core & sufficient ram, the limitation may be that a secondary printer port has not been specified (for the pc AND ALSO FOR THE PRINTER. there is more to printing to 2 printers at one time...

file do get corrupted, (especially the ones that are constantly in use) if you want a guess, check your interfaces (ethernet, wifi, usb and make sure windows update hasn't added the check mark back for "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"
