We're not doing it. We have the customer contact their detailer or dealer to handle it. On this one I told the customer they may have to sand off the surface until the staining is gone and have the gelcoat redone if the staining is deep.

That is what normally happens. But in this case, the surrounding color is still the original color--white. It's a Formula boat. They are always white, pure white. It's behind the letters which has darkened. That is what makes this unusual.

If they aren't in the character map you don't have them. Often this comes when you use free versions of fonts or ones packaged with software, rather than the expensive one direct from the foundry.

I tried the ones that were recommended to me before. They only rout the ACP, not .080".

A while back I asked for a supplier of ACP custom routed sign blanks. Now I need one made from .080" aluminum, but the people I was referred to for the ACP don't do solid aluminum. Anybody know of a source? I would provide the file for the shape.
