  3. Murals falling off of drywall

With the low VOC paints that we use now doing wall murals must be done with the correct material. What ever brand you ultimately decide to use I would recommed following the 3M wall testing procedure. Google search for their instruction bulletin. Sorry not at my shop right now other wise I'd...
  4. Installing vinyl without application tape

What type of printer? What ink set? Most likely, your substrate is not be UV print ready. You will need to use an adhesion promoter. There are different promoters, general, glass, plastic, etc. I've only had to use promoters occasionally as we use UV print ready substrates to start.

  13. Last minute change on frosted install has me panicked - please advise!

All the above PLUS..... You should look at the windows. I'd bet that the edges are beveled. If this is the case that turns that portion of the glass from a high energy surface to a low energy surface. When I've done installs like this the vinyl is trimmed back to the edge of the bevels

As AMS said, and I agree, you should be using polycarbonate not acrylic. I would have used .177 solar guard polycarb of this myself. I've done plenty of signs like this over the years and NEVER have had a problem. Just an FYI....
  19. GS6000 Inconsistent Color
