Are you using 8520? We overlay on it a lot without issues... If its flat, or semi curved you'll be ok. If you're going into a big recess... it doesnt hurt to primer it. Heck... if you know where the strip is going, you can use Masking / knifeless tape and then primer everywhere the stripe...

I've had zero banding on the printer. And no - it's never stopped mid print on me - I was told that currently it doesn't do cleanings while printing... And that's why it "can" band. But that in a future firmware that'd be changed. I've done a few full rolls, and no banding at all.

We just use outlook calander. Everyone has it on their PC, and it's shared. So any sales rep can do a quick look and see when we're busy and then if they think we can squeeze something in they come and ask us to schedule the install. Super easy to organize

CM4 you can sort by color, or by cut. Click the Layering tab... it'll be default on layers. Click "By color" And you can select which color you want to cut. It uses whatever the spot name is...so if you have it as "Cutcontour" then it'll show up here.

Graphics cards only help if you're doing a lot of Photoshop / video editing. It may allow you to open a graphic intensive file for composer a bit faster.... But not worth the price. We only have graphics cards in our artist machines, the rest are all integrated... Good enough!
