    Yes, It's called Corona treating. Flame the print area with a Bernzomatic Torch, quick wipe w/ alcohol to prep. apply print, flame/heat perimeter of print to bond.

  8. Temp for printing on Oracal 651

    651 is for cutting not printing. I guess your printing on it so you have a vibrant Yellow or Orange so you need to fiddle w/ the heat settings.

  9. Flexi outlines clipping all corners.

    Check your settings in design central with your outline selected. Make sure it not set to clip corners and also check the miter setting.

    OP, You need to measure off the belt line not the top panel of the van. You have things running uphill and downhill they need to have a common base line...

    Scuff it with a Scotch-Brite pad in different directions. Clean/prep with Alcohol. Coat with a quality oil base paint. No primer needed.
