We have increased or starting pay rate from $20/hr to $26 on the low end. I honestly feel like we are overpaying when I look at the resumes I get and know I will have to do some teaching. I don't get angry seeing the increased pay, it just reminds me that I need at least a $10k raise.

Are you including pay in your job listing, are you paying well? I am currently hiring and this was the first time we listed pay range; I have read well over 150 resumes and got 6 of people I really want to speak to, many others that would work but require more work from me.

I am not sure what is causing the color difference but you can spec 100% Cyan using the color replacement feature under the color setting tab of job editor.

Looks like a photo print, lightjet or lamda as mention by electricfly. I miss having those machines.

Have your media on the take up before you print. My 360 usually has the first panel fine, then the rest end up about a quarter inch longer - first panel wasn't attached to the take for half of it's print.

I have used 1" hems on banners every where I have made them the last 18 years, except when I had a welder, then it was still a 1' hem. When it comes to mesh I do 2" hems.

It serves the purpose of allowing the dumbs to out themselves on their own and save you from wasting your time with them.

I like the color bridge because I shows me what to expect if I have some 4 color offset work done and the CMYK value will get you a head start on matching a solid coated working with 6.
