The attached photo is of a sign on Amazon...I'm hoping for a wholesaler. Anybody know of anything? Customer wants to be able to wheel it in and out and change the display with weekly specials.

  3. Font Assistance

Thanks for the responses. John, when I Google "font family" etc., I can't seem to locate an example of that actual font named "Family". Do you by chance have a link to a page that shows it?
  4. Genie or JLG Aerial Lifts for Installation? USA or Canada

For towable, Haulotte Bil-Jax, hands down.
  5. Font Assistance

    Anybody know this one?
  6. Temporary sign on unsealed concrete

VHB tape if it's on an interior wall or wall that doesn't see a lot of temperature fluctuations. And yes, silicone will leave dark spots.
  7. Mounting to smooth granite outside

VHB & neutral cure silicone or Lexel would be my two cents. You'll need a pry bar to get them off.
  8. What is wrong with this sign?

You can also get radius corner pieces from ABC Sign Products or EMS.
  9. Standoff letters and logo adhesive for mounts?

Glad you're installing these and not me. Kind of a tough spot.

  12. Need Help In mounting acrylic letters to concrete wall

I don't know how rough the concrete is, but typically you'd be fine with the 3M tape sold at Home Depot. That will hold it up long enough for the Lexel to set up. Once the Lexel sets up, it's not going to come down. If you don't have VHB tape kicking around, expect to shell out around $100 for...
  13. Need Help In mounting acrylic letters to concrete wall

No offense, but that's a horrible recommendation. As stated, it dries and has no expansion capabilities. Lexel stretches and works great in cold weather.
  14. Need Help In mounting acrylic letters to concrete wall

The tape and adhesive are used together in case one of them fails. A heads-up: silicone doesn't adhere well to acrylic. It isn't recommended for use on acrylic. You should really consider picking up a tube of Lexel. It's about $8 but it will do its job.
  15. Need Help In mounting acrylic letters to concrete wall

VHB tape and silicone will work just fine. If you use silicone, use GE Silicone II or upgrade to Lexel - both available at Home Depot. I would just add a clause in my quote that you are not responsible if the paint fails to adhere to the wall. If painted correctly, the paint should be a...
  16. Molded Plastic Faces

Yep, Faces or Master Signs up here in Dallas.
  17. My new method of installing post and panel signs...

I used to, but it seems to cost more time than it's worth. The soil/clay just sticks to it and you spend more time removing the clay from the post hole digger than from the hole. I just remove it by hand, doesn't take too long. It's around $850 new but I got one lays at the wrong price for...
  18. My new method of installing post and panel signs...

Which Hilti do you have? It sure beats a digging bar and sharp shooter!
  19. My new method of installing post and panel signs...

The pictures are of a test hole dug in the yard and of the bit. Video is of a V-shaped post & panel sign installed on Friday. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VgcxGYV3ab4
  20. Is there metal lettering that is harder to steal?

I agree with nutting the letters from the back if that's an option. If it's not, try using Lexel and a LOT of it. The stuff is super stretchy and it makes removing signs/letters a lot more difficult than using silicone. But s mentioned - anything can be stolen if the person wants it bad enough.
