Are you talking gaussian surfaces (compound curves) that need to have distortion in order to flatten? There are many solutions out there and most CAD packages have some functionality built in. Fusion360 has decent surface flattening abilities including deformation plots.

There are plenty of regional extrusion places that will work with you to design an extrusion and have a die made, but the quantity required is usually prohibitive. I think my local extruder requires cost of die plus 500 lb minimum of finished goods. Although that might work out to your benefit...

As others have mentioned it looks like over saturation, I would play around with other profiles, or for sake of verifying you are on the right track, reduce the saturation of all channels and see if you can get it to look any better with the same profile. We are not using onyx so Im not sure...
