Where did you buy the Jetbest ink? I can contact them to see why they are not taking care of you. If you want to be more specific on how long you have used the Jetbest ink. By changing the ink to another ink will not resolve the deflection. Give us a call so I can help.

Call the vendor who sold you the ink cartridge. They should be able to help talking to Mutoh and they will send you a replacement.

Everyone is up to their opinion. Some people pray for rain; some pray for sun. Not one is right or wrong. We believe in Jetbest ink that would perform as good as OEM. Save lots of cash for something else. As simple as that.

Lots of these printers were sold. Just make sure you have a nearby good dealer for support. Buy ink supplies from them so they would give you good support.
