    The keyword is if you used OEM Roland Cap Top? We changed with an aftermarket cap top with same result, right after OEM cap top replaced, 95% came out. Couple strong cleans. 100%. If you are using OEM and and without us being there diagnostic, can't help much. Sorry. Good luck.

    Autoexebat, we are the master distributor for Jetbest ink from Taiwan. Where did you buy your Jetbest ink from so I can talk to the dealer and see what is going on. Jetbest eco solvent ink does not clog printhead. Please show us a photo of the Jetbest ink, receipt of where you bought it from.

    People like to save money and whenever there is a problem. It is third party ink. The take up reel is not working; it is third party ink. Customer did not change damper; it is third party ink. Customer changed aftermarket damper and printer is not working; it is third party ink. It is funny.
